The second part of the trial has begun.
Maya's taking the stand unexpectedly and after a bit of testimony, it seems she has something to hide. Made worse was that she channeled someone. She won't answer as to who or why. But then Nayna takes the stand and after some testimony, we learn who she really is. Nayna is actually Amara Sigatar Khura'in aka Queen of Khura'in. As if this case can't get any worse, well... you'll have to wait and see.
Part 14 is where things take a very depressing turn.

When I first did this on the 3DS, my mouth was left wide open. I was at a loss for words. Why? Because my god, this game just keeps on hitting me with the feels. It really does. I won't spoil what it is but it's best you see it for yourself. My god Apollo goes through so much in this case that it's crazy.

Playthrough | Part 12: Stop the Corruption
We head further down and as we do so, we find the source of the corruption.
It turns out to be some sort of strange person but Eve eventually figures it out. It's Tachy. Tachy has been reprogrammed by the Naytiba to fight against us. So now it's up to us to not only save her but also stop her. Tachy is a 2-phase fight and she will spare no expense in taking you out. You need to take advantage of your parrying to whittle her down then deliver strong attacks. Evading and countering is your best bet here and you'll need it to make sure to get as much damage in.
Eventually we defeat her and man it gets really tearful to say the least. Afterwards we return back to Xion and learn that the next Hyper Cell is in Abyss Levoire. So this means we're heading for the Great Desert. We also get our hands on a new form for Eve, Tachy Mode. Think of it like Devil Trigger for Eve which gives her new attacks and abilities.
We also take the time to accept new quests while completing current ones. It's going to get very rough. The side quests will continue in Part 13.

As we enter Matrix 11, we soon learn more about the world that's in there. My word it's something.
Many Naytiba are there but something just seems very off about it. Of course we has us butting heads with a Juggernaut. It's no laughing matter right here as this thing can put up a hell of a fight. But if you time your parries and your attacks, you should manage. Plan accordingly. Although this leads to some serious threats like corruption. Not pretty.
Part 12 will finish our time in Matrix 11.

The trial continues on.
You can tell that things won't be pretty. Rayfa is taking the stand and despite a failed Divination Seance, she's determined to testify. The problem is Ga'ran and this prosecutor is determined to make it so. But it seems that Rayfa is just as important as anyone when it comes to finding the truth. Phoenix and Apollo are determined to ensure that she should be of a benefit, not a hindrance. Hell, she's learned so much from it all that it helped a lot.
Part 12 is where we see the Seance and find out the truth.

The Divination Seance has come and we see the victim's final moments.
All this does is reveal more questions than answers. But Apollo is determined to find the truth even if the truth flat out hurts. There isn't much to say on the whole matter because this is the first part of this trial. This trial is three parts long and I had to split this into multiple parts. Not just due to length but due to things outside my control.

With much of the side stuff done, it's time we press on with the next area: Matrix 11.
Matrix 11 takes us underground and with it, new Naytiba that we will encounter. But man oh man, if there's anything I will say about this is that you are in for a journey. A hell of a journey. If I were you, make sure that you explore every nook and cranny that it has to offer. Believe me, you'll need it. I plan to do that when I tackle New Game+ so I can be able to max Eve out.
Unfortunately this journey ain't a pretty one. We'll continue in Part 11.

It's also here where all sides converge and with it, we finally get to see everything come to a head. Revolution has come to Khura'in and this will ultimately force Apollo and Nayhuta to face each other in court. But it's much more than that. A lot more. Believe me. For Apollo, it's him fighting against an opponent that is impossible to change. But he will succeed. He has to.

Apollo isn't just facing off against his former friend Nahyuta but he has to contend with the true final boss, Ga'ran Sigatar Khura'in. The most surprising thing is that she shares similarities to Morgan Fey. Except Ga'ran's envy towards Amara is much greater. You'll know when we get to it.

With the help of Ema Skye, we get some of the evidence that Apollo had. Useful for the sake of our investigating. But of course we find that Inga isn't the kind of person we think he is. Yeah. This is never a good sign. Never has. Never will and my oh my, it's going to be very ugly. But if you think that's bad, just wait till what happens next.

With Altess Leviore behind us, time to return back to our main focus. Side quests.
We can go to Matrix 11 if we want to but that's not why we're doing this. Since this is my first playthrough, I want to make sure I savor every bit of what this game has to offer. Why do you think that I'm going to try to get all the endings. I can get two of them but the three will require me to do New Game Plus. It ain't much but what can you do you know.
At least these quests will lead to some progress. Part 9 has us doing more questing and returning to Eidos 7.

Playthrough | Part 7: Head to Altess Leviore
With all the side quests done for the moment, we're pressing on.
We now head for Altess Leviore. But in order to even get there, we need to take on one of the guards protecting the way. It's not a hard fight. You just need to time your parries so you can be able to bring the pain. Trust me. It pays off.
Afterwards you'll head inside Altess Leviore. What you find is anything but. For starters, you can't use your blade. So you need to use the Drone Gun in order for you to take down enemies. It's here where we learn that things go from an intense action game to a sense of horror, a sense of dread. It's not scary but man it can get insane. Truly. It can. My advice for you is to make sure that your drone gun has access to all ammo. It'll help very much.
In the end we get the second Hyper Cell but also learn some unexpected truths. Guess we're heading off to Matrix 11 to find another Alpha Naytiba. We'll do some sidequesting in Part 8.

With the civil trial over and done with, now begins the second act of this case.
Everyone heads for Khura'in as a hostage situation is abound. It then gets much worse as the Justice Minister Inga is found dead and Dhurke is the prime suspect. And if you wonder, Apollo is taking over as you know this is going to be the pivotal moment. The moment where Apollo finally shines. But as he investigates, things aren't as they seem to be.
Part 8 continues on but it shifts to Phoenix Wright.

Product provided by 505 Games. This is just something out of the blue and it has caused a change in schedule. As such, I have to get this done. I am sorry. Welcome to my first hour gameplay of Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes.
This game is a bit unique as it shares some similarities to a game called Suikoden. Basically you take control for a party of six characters and battle against enemies. I find this interesting since most games have you controlling a party of three or four members. Here though you control six. And you are going to be hard at work taking care of them while trying to survive.
Now I can't say much about the story but the localization is just bad. It really is. I only wish this got a retranslation at least. I didn't have much time because the campaign for it ends tomorrow so I need to get this in. I hope you enjoy regardless.

Yep. We're still questing and exploring.
Chances are, these quests will take a while but on the other hand, they can be a pain. Although there are some quests that Eve will outright refuse. I'm happy that happens because it shows that for an android, she has standards. Something I appreciate. Of course this means we move on.
Part 7 continues on as we're off to get the second Hyper Cell.
