I have a vested interest in studying the phenomenon of high cholesterol as I am the survivor of a heart attack and and my doctors are worried that I have stopped taking statins for lowering cholesterol levels. I am posting this video and associated study paper link for personal interest and to stimulate discussion with anyone interested in the topic too.
