An easy & delicious way to spice up your chicken fillets.
You'll need :
CHICKEN:
Chicken cut into bite size pieces
1 egg
Tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar (or white vinegar)
Plain flour
LEMON SAUCE:
3 cloves minced garlic
Finely grated fresh ginger
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Juice & zest of 1 lemon
Thinly sliced green onions
Chilli pepper (optional)
3 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons corn flour dissolved in cold water
1 teaspoon sesame seeds to garnish
