Part of the floor plan just did not add up. So after digging around and cutting through a wall it was soon discovered that a small room had been built with a full floor and ceiling, totally closed in.

So the customer called Ultimate DIYer to come in and cut in a doorway and create a fully functional coffee room with a sink, mini fridge, full sheetrock, and tile.
