"오늘도 7련대는 우리앞에 있어라" is a North Korean march written by Park Young. It's unknown who the 7th Regiment were and what their contribution was, outside of the song's lyrics proclaiming them as brave during the Anti-Japanese War (WW2 occupation of Korea).

"中国人民解放军军歌" is the anthem of the Chinese PLA. The song's former name was March of the Eighth Route Army, and was one of the six songs in the Chorus of Eighth Route Army, all of which had Gong Mu as song writer and Zheng Lücheng as the composer. The song became known as the "March of the Liberation Army" during the second Chinese Civil War. The lyrics were re-edited by the General Political Department in 1951 and the song renamed to March of the Chinese PLA in 1965. On July 25, 1988, the Central Military Commission decided to use the song as the official anthem of the People's Liberation Army.

Сеҥымаш кече (Russian: День Победы) ranks among the most popular in the large corpus of Russian songs devoted to the Second World War. The song refers to the Victory Day (9 May) celebration and differs from most of these by its cheerful intonations of a marching song and by the fact that it was composed some thirty years after the war. In the words of Vladimir Shainsky, a veteran composer, "the song seemed to have turned back the time. Although written three decades after the war, it now seems that it was this song that helped us to gain the victory". "Сеҥымаш кече" is the Mari version of the song.

"Dixie", also known as "Dixie's Land", "I Wish I Was in Dixie", and other titles, is a song that was popular in the Southern United States through the 20th century. "Dixie" had originated in the minstrel shows of the 1850s and quickly became popular throughout the United States. During the American Civil War, it was adopted as a de facto national anthem of the Confederacy. New versions appeared at this time that more explicitly tied the song to the events of the Civil War.

Welcome! I love learning about other cultures and languages, and music is one of the best ways to do that. I hope you'll enjoy them as much as I do. History cannot be censored nor be allowed to be forgotten, or else we make the same mistakes of the past.

I do not represent any of the ideologies, countries, or religions shown on this channel. No matter if we agree or disagree, it is still important to document the songs of every ideology, country, and religion.
