In a day and age when we want to make our products, our air conditioners last longer. One of the things you need to do twice a year probably is clean these coils. Now you can just use a water hose and hose it down, or you can use a coil cleaner. And this one's a pure later 2000. And I got this at Lowe's.

Professional grade foaming solvent protects coils with built in corrosion inhibitors, helps to degrease and clean with that other about a like so you shake it up spray liberally.

I'm going to let it sit there while you make sure it's off. Read it off. Yes, Clay, you're right. I have an airless sprayer. Yes, again, make sure what you're spraying is not flammable. And, the one of the things about airless. And you're not letting your wife spray it. Yeah. One of the things about airless is the liability. So if you don't mask, spend the time to mask everything off.

It can actually have a lot of overspray. And now you're fixing that. So just be careful. I can't tell you how many places I drive through neighborhoods and see overspray on the roof. shingles of a conventional built home. And, a lot of cars get damaged by overspray on the outside, and it floats down the street. Says he only uses water based paint.

That's good, but people really get fussy on the outside of your house, so be careful. Don't let wind carried away. And water base, can still mess with carpet sometimes. So you spend the time. And generally, houses sell better with furniture in them. Maybe not all the knickknacks. I know people that sold, brand new mobile homes. They rented furniture and had them deliver it in. And they paid monthly for that furniture to be there. It was better than cardboard, televisions and things like that.

Didn't even have electricity on all these. But they rented the furniture and they said it because those models sold houses and people could get their own custom made. So that model never had to move. It was just the, the furniture rental was an expense. So mind you, if even if you moved out, you might consider leaving some furniture there to make the sale possible.

All right, so on the outside. You have the possibly a fenced yard so they can have their dog. Cat? Well, cat won’t stay in the fence, but a dog. Or kids be able to have a place. And you wouldn't have to worry about anybody running up on your property without having to climb a fence. So people are attracted to that, privacy fence if it's maintained and chain link fence otherwise.

And then the sidewalks and then the skirting, the roofing. Do your colors on the siding of the house and, shutters and then window dressing visible from the inside and the outside and then the light fixtures. And it may be a deck that would look good. There's lots of really nice looking decks out there that really don't cost a lot. Or you can build it as you can afford it.

Although, you know, we're trying to talk about getting rid of oil. Certain people in, in the world. And you need to understand how many things are made of plastic. And plastic is made from oil products. So, you know, your plastic on your car, your plastic, your rubber tires, all these things are made from oil.

The perfectionist I am. I'm not real happy with the rubber not being as tight as I’d like it to be, but it's pretty good and it'll be even better when I get the concrete in. We set the height on this. We want an inch and seven inch.

Like so, we're going to caulk around that before we put cement in. but we're going to put the, the board, which we've got wallboard. We level it across here. So we have the same height all the way across the outside, which is what we expect it to be. And then to mark the top. So I can just put it up on the top.

And the bottom of it will be where the concrete needs to go to. And here's where everything is angling to. So.

So the wallboard we put across the top of the the board, the Hardie board that we're putting on the floor, it was actually Alure is the name of the company.

But the wallboard, we leveled it across from the sitting on top of that, which would give us the height we need all the way around in a little across the top. We got these marks here in here. So now we're going to pop a line acr..

They're putting water savers on showerheads, like you're you're trying to get wet. They're putting water savers on toilet fill valves. Okay. The the toilets going to fill to a certain point. So, they're putting these, water savers on, on the downspouts and insert well in inside of, shower, one single handle and and double handle faucets.

So, it's it they get clogged easy. That means more plumbing issues with calling a plumber to come fix it or fix it yourself. not only the aerator now on a, like, a kitchen sink, but also the the water savers get clogged up the little tiny holes they put in them so they, they get clogged up. So you're seeing a lot of that?

I have actually, run into quite a lot of fancy faucets for very, inexpensive price, at Habitat for Humanity, where they people donate, construction items so that they can sell it and or use it to build houses for people. So, I've found some elaborately fancy, faucets on broken cabinet tops. So they sell the, the cabinet top with that really fancy faucet for five bucks on the premise that, you know, it's no good.

Well, you can take that faucet off of that broken plate marble top and put it on another top. So I've, I've really done well. Yeah. Yard sales and things like that.

Hey. You're here again? Guess what? We are changing out a shower. Nothing really wrong with this shower. Other than, a wheelchair has to go over this three inch ledge and over this ledge inside, here, in and out. And that's really hard to do. to get a shower for somebody that needs a wheelchair to get, and then has to have somebody help them.

So in order to keep those people from have an injury, try and lift up and wiggle and pull all that out. We're going to try and take this shower out and have a, floor that's covered with ceramic that goes in the inch, inch and a half fall from the back to here. And I'm also going to get like an inch.

By the way, for all you people to not get discouraged. It took me two hours to drive here over two hours. Then it took an hour to unload the materials and put it in us. A secure place where it's not going to get very wet or wet at all and start spreading out the tools. So we got three hours of, driving and spreading the materials. So whenever you get into it and you get like discouraged.

And we're just with two people. Don't be discouraged. It's part of it. This may not be something that you see, and we're not going to show you all the work that we're going to do all the way around taking out the drywall, but it's part of it. So don't be discouraged. They know that you can do it. It just takes some time.

I want you to know that the time involved is part of it. maybe to give more respect to the, the guy who's doing the work. And if you're doing the work, allow for that time. Okay.
