Get ready to whip up a batch and indulge in their chewy, coconutty goodness!

Ingredients:

4 large egg whites
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 (14-ounce) bag sweetened shredded coconut

Steps:

1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. In a large heatproof bowl, whisk together the egg whites, sugar, and salt.

3. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl doesn't touch the water. Cook the mixture, whisking constantly, until it's hot to the touch and the sugar has dissolved.

4. Remove the bowl from the heat and stir in the honey and vanilla extract.

5. Fold in the shredded coconut until well combined.

6. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop rounded tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 1 inch apart.

7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the macaroons are golden brown on the edges.

8. Allow the macaroons to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
