I have come today to assist you, beloved chelas, to an understanding of what the ‘Great Silence' means. One must first realize that sound, like light, is made up of a series of vibrations, and the rapidity of the movement determines the quality and the tone of the sound.
Thought and feeling are the only creators of vibrations in this Universe, and the thought and rate of the sound emitted from the various vehicles through which their self-conscious life expresses.
You have been told that each lifestream, by Cosmic Plan, has a certain keynote, or Cosmic Tone, with variations and modulations, which added to the great Universal overtones of the system enriches the Cosmic Melody of the Spheres. And, you have further been told that humanity in his present limited state seldom, if ever, pours forth the vibratory rate which represents his part in the Eternal scheme of things.
The vibratory frequency referred to as the Great, Great Silence may be attained by any part of life by raising the vibratory action of the thought and feeling to a point where the vibrations emitted by the lifestream through the emotional mental, etheric and physical bodies blend into, and become one with the harmonious vibratory action of this Inner Realm.

During this time of transition, I come to enfold you in my love and remind you to hold fast beloved ones! Especially now, hold fast to the truth presented in the Divine Principles and use the many wonderful gifts and blessings you have been given over the years by the great Ascended Host of Light.
Yes, dear ones, the Cosmic Push has begun and it is up to you and those just like you, who in ancient times, chose to rise to the occasion when the call went forth and become the wayshowers for the entire human race. However, to accomplish this task, you must be alert for every opportunity to do so. Opportunity knocks each and every day of your life, depending upon your level of consciousness. Will you be able to perceive these wonderful chances to serve life?
Not only shall you come together through the various ceremonial aspects of the New Age of Spiritual Freedom, you must avail yourselves to the needs of those around you. You must be there, not only for your immediate family and friends, but for everyone you come in contact with during your daily activities. You must also be aware of what is taking place in the world around you. When your attention is directed to a specific area of your planet, through your love for all life, use the power and wisdom you have been given to serve. This is what we do in the higher realms and what you must now do on the physical plane. Remember, you are our hands in the world of form, beloved ones. This must ultimately be done by all people on your planet to finally create 'Heaven on Earth', or as my beloved (Saint Germain – Lady Portia’s Twin Ray) so lovingly chooses to say, the Permanent Golden Age!
You may be thinking: "How can I, as just one person on a planet of billions of lifestreams, accomplish the seemingly almost insurmountable task you have set before me"? Beloved ones, especially now at the level of consciousness you have risen, to the best of your ability, you will do so, and it will be one day at a time! Every day you are presented with the opportunity to grow spiritually.

Your mind in turmoil, you reach for your phone
Your perceived lifeline, thin, spindly and weak
Just one more look – one more peak
You scan the messages, your heart starts racing
Your feet touch the floor and you start pacing

And never a moment for Me!

I call from Above, but your heart doesn’t hear
Your minds in control, your feelings in fear

I AM beating your heart and giving you life
But no time for Thanks, its all turmoil and strife

It’s all on a platter, I give you free will
You don’t have to toil and grind at the mill,
You have the choice to take the pill!
The red or the blue, the choice is true
Your destiny unfolding, your future teetering

You walk, you talk, you laugh and you love
You drink you smoke, never looking above
Fame, fortune, status your gods
They have no meaning in My Realm of Perfection
But I give you the choice, you make the selection

The ladder unstable, it wobbles it cracks
Desperate you scramble to reach the top

You waste your time on idle chatter
Gossip, a habit you need to shatter!
You helter you scelter, you run for shelter

Your happiness brief, as you drink the coffee
A dinner for kings, and so many things

You check on the kids, doing their bids,
Your past in control, the messy future mapped out
You have flashes of hope but mainly you doubt

Your life a reflection of the work to be done
A mirror so clear, but you’re on the run
Busy, busy blaming and shaming
Forgetting that all is your own creation
Your life never still –My voice never heard
You help the few, but you miss the que
My Power is unlimited, My Light Supreme,
But the calls must come from the realm in need!

The burdens you carry it is a shame
As you chase money, status and fame
Seeking your happiness in the shifting sands
Gone in an instant, only worry remains

You want others to save you and raise you up,
But only I can fill your cup

Then one Bright day when things are too hard,
And everything around you is falling apart
You sit very quietly, and look into your Heart
And there I AM waiting, we are never apart
I have ALL the answers, You just need to ask
Forgiveness complete, I wipe out all sorrow,
No more Depression, a shining tomorrow

I AM your Anchor, I AM your Lifeline
Halve your busyness, make the time
I AM above
I AM below
I AM all the wealth and all the health,

However, under the direction of the God and Goddess Meru, I have volunteered to explain simply the eight-fold Nature of man as our Father/Mother God created him.
The entire eight vehicles are necessary; four in the Higher Spheres and four in the lower, in order to be a perfect conductor of one Aspect of Deity.

THE RESURRECTION, TRANSFIGURATION & ASCENSION FLAMES
Three flames were utilized by Master Jesus during his lifetime here.

BELOVED JESUS:
“Three great Flames I used in my ministry – Flames and activities of the Sacred Fire, which were given to me by my teacher which enabled me to control the energies of my world.
The first was the Resurrection Flame, which quickened the vibratory action of my physical and inner bodies, making each tiny electron, spinning around its own central pole, move more rapidly and throwing off the vibratory action of earth and connected my vibration with that of my Mighty I AM Presence.
The Second was the Flame of Transfiguration, enabling the Sacred Fire within me to expand more powerfully than the atomic pressure of the outer world.
The third flame I used was the great Ascension Flame which, surging through my physical, mental, emotional and etheric bodies, carried the energies of my world upward into connection and contact with my own Christ Self (higher self also referred to as our higher mental body), my “I AM” Presence and the Father-Mother God of this universe.
Those Flames are still in existence. They have grown and intensified in power in the thousands of years since I availed myself of their Presence. You beloved ones have opportunity now as you enter this brand new shining year to use the Resurrection, Transfiguration and Ascension Flames to make of your energy a harmonious conductor of the Gifts and Powers of this ever Present One, your own “I AM” Presence.
There is no life outside of yourselves that can maintain the control of your energy, because free will is your gift from the Universal First Cause, but if you choose to maintain and sustain a vibratory action through your feeling world that connects with the Kingdom of Heaven, and its inhabitants, at any instant Our Powers and Gifts are yours, and through you, may be conducted into the lives of others."

“In all that you meet in the outer world, Beloved Ones, please remember you are really not dealing with individuals or personalities, you are dealing with a force; and whatever is less than Perfection is a force acting, Beloved Ones. It is not always intelligent, but it is a force qualified that is acting through the accumulation of human discord. But you must remember, Beloved Students of the Light, that in everything which confronts you, the first thought and feeling that should arise from within you should be, “That appearance has no power!” (applause)
Why do I urge you so intensely about this? Because if you saw the activity of the energy which you release that stops that thing instantly where it is—and then as you call the Power of Light forth to dissolve and consume it, you have stopped its action and made it helpless—so to speak—while the Power of Light seizes it, and it is no more.
That is why I say to you, Beloved Ones, as you come to understand this Great Law more and more, you will see how there are just a few definite activities that, asserted with dynamic power in the acceptance of your “Presence,” stop everything in the human octave of discord, and make it helpless until the Powers of Light take it away. This is as definite as when you hold a substance before you and turn upon it the flame of a blowtorch and it is consumed. It is just as tangible and more powerful than your blowtorch which consumes almost instantly, because you must understand more firmly than ever that all discordant forces have no power except that with which they were charged by human qualities.

You have read, perhaps, and seen in pictures how a boat in distress will be circled either by a plane or a rescuing vessel, but the turbulent sea between would not allow the lifeline or the connecting link to unite the two. It is in the same manner that the Higher Self, during the times of emergency, has to throw his line of force into the battling sea of the lower bodies, hoping to catch the consciousness in its rapid progress from one to the other.
Most people are completely at the mercy of the lower bodies and find themselves functioning in an emotional frenzy or a mental battle, completely unaware that they have slipped from their moorings.
Senile people and aging lifestreams often slip into the etheric body and their consciousness remains there until their passing and thus they enjoy re-living the scenes of yesterday.
Your Open Doors
Your four lower bodies are like four rooms through which your consciousness reaches into the physical appearance world for certain defined effects.

These Hearts present, who are reaching out so earnestly and with such determination, for Freedom in every way, MUST FIND THE TIME AND ASSOCIATION WHEREIN THAT WHICH IS REQUIRED TO BE GIVEN, MIGHT HAVE NO INTERFERENCE IN ANY WAY.
You must remember, Beloved Ones, in your feeling world, there is the Consumer and Decreer of what you and your world shall be.
The unhappy part is, that thru the accumulation in the feeling world of mankind, obstruction was constantly charged forth; to interfere with the various achievements whatever they might be. Once you understand, in your Call to the Presence, you must make your Outer Conscious Effort at Self-control, by governing the feeling; then you will quickly have the Power of the Presence flowing thru, for any given purpose or accomplishment.
It is not sufficient to just continue to Call to the Presence, without an Earnest Sincere Effort to control your feeling from the outer standpoint! That is where many students have found difficulty in realizing they must make a certain effort upon their own part at Self-control; in order to give the Powerful Qualification and co- operate with the Power of the Pure Energy of the Presence flowing forth.
You will find from tonight, as This is anchored clearly in your consciousness and feeling world, that every impulse which would produce discord, you will be able to silence instantly and stop its action from the outer standpoint; because you will know you are the Decreer for your world, and what shall act thru your feeling.
Even though there still be some accumulation in your feeling world, there is no reason why it should longer govern you. Fortunately, there have been many in your beloved city and the surrounding places, WHO HAVE BEEN STRONG ENOUGH TO REFUSE TO LISTEN TO GOSSIP; AND I MEAN BY THAT, ALL THINGS WHICH ARE LESS THAN THE PERFECTION OF THE PRESENCE; BECAUSE AFTER ALL, EVERYTHING ELSE IS BUT GOSSIP. That is perhaps a gentle term to use, but nevertheless, only as Individuals see it is not a personal thing, can they free themselves.
IT DOES NOT MATTER WHAT THE CONDITION OF THE APPEARANCE WORLD IS! IT IS NOT A MATTER OF INDIVIDUALS OR PERSONALITIES! IT IS BUT A FORCE ACTING THRU THEM, OF WHICH EITHER THEY ARE UNAWARE; OR THEY HAVE SOMETHING IN THEIR FEELING WORLD, WHICH MAKES THEM AN EASY INSTRUMENT FOR ITS USE

Great Beings are Delegated to the task of quickening the vibrations of these Planets, and WE, Whose responsibility rests with the Earth MUST prepare Our Planet and her people to vibrate at the rate of Venus’ present Perfection. SIGNS OF THE NEW DAWN
The Pressure of the Light is so great at this hour, that It is Enfolding the Leaders of all Spiritual Activities in the world. Criticism shall give place to Love, condemnation to Praise, dogmatism to Tolerance, and the domineering ego to Humility. “The wolf shall dwell with the lamb, and the Earth shall be full of the knowledge of the Lord, as the waters cover the sea.” (Isa. 11:6, 9)
New Channels are being opened, not to substitute the old ones, but to Assist them; workers are coming to the front everywhere; Friends of The Great White Brotherhood are rising up from every direction.
And no man can stop the onrush of this Cosmic Christ Power releasing the Spiritual Currents of the Hour. They could not succeed, if they should be unfortunate enough to try to breast the Currents of the New Dawn. Moreover, each individual would perish under the very Law which causes the return of the generated Love they bestow, or the opposition to Progress they foster.
Never before, as today, can it be more truly said of the Spiritual Leaders of the world, and of all New Channels, “BY THEIR FRUIT, YE SHALL KNOW THEM.” MAHA CHOHAN

Then you will say to Me: “Why do They allow mankind to get in this condition”? My Dear Ones, the Great Ones have nothing to do about it. You are responsible for the condition you are in. The Great Host of Ascended Masters have nothing to do with it, nor have the Cosmic Beings; but you, in the fact that you had forgotten your own God Presence, the “Mighty I AM,” have grown into more and more dense vibratory action; which makes you less responsive, your brain, less responsive to the Higher Vibrations which the Ascended Masters give forth! Therefore, you, mankind everywhere is responsible for the limitations of Earth. God has nothing to do with it! The Angelic Hosts have nothing to do with it! Neither do the Ascended Masters, the Legions of Light or the Cosmic Beings!
Today, mankind is learning the Responsibility is on the Individual and in the Great Mercy of the Great Cosmic Light, there has come to you the Solution, the Power, the Intelligence and the Knowledge; by which you can call It into action to dissolve the accumulation utterly; and free yourselves from your own creations. The whole mass of mankind, can be set Free thru your Call and the Mighty Decrees given; calling the Great Powers of the “Mighty I AM Presence” into action, in the mental and feeling world of mankind. It is the Power of the Universe—make no mistake about It!
I repeat to you tonight, when you call your “Mighty I AM Presence” into action, It knows no resistance nor interference. Its Powers sweep forward with the Power of the Universe to fulfill your Requirements. If the human understands and will keep the feeling harmonized long enough, so the Power flows thru uninterrupted, unqualified by the feeling within the human self; then shall you quickly enter into That Freedom and Glory of the Light which beats your Heart. You will pay it, and a thousand times more quickly today than you would have fifty years ago, because the Cosmic Light is taking Its Dominion on Earth. And while it is absolutely imperative for some time yet, for mankind to make the dynamic Call to dissolve and consume every discordant thing among mankind, yet try to feel in the face of any appearance in the outer world, that the Victory of the Light is sure!
Be just as firm and determined and sure in your feeling that human creation has no power! Then in your own Life Stream will come that Courage and Confidence which repels from you anything that would retard or limit your progress in any way.
Now let Me suggest this. You know the condition that has existed in the World today in the lack of employment, so-called. Now Beloved Ascended Master Students, don’t you accept that into your world for one moment! It does not make any difference what the rest of the world is doing; you have the Authority and Power in your Life Stream to bring yourself into the desirable employment you wish to have, and there is nothing in all human creation to prevent you from doing it. Mankind who do not understand this Great Law will experience the other, but that is not your fault; and that is no reason you should be out of employment in your Service, just because the mass of mankind has accepted that there is not room, there is not employment.
That is why you have to be staunch and firm against the mass suggestion. Don’t accept it! You don’t have to be out of employment just because the mass of mankind believes in lack. Therefore, if you take your stand with the Powers of Light to produce Perfection in whatever your attention is fixed upon, you will have that in spite of anything if you will stand by it. And you may be sure that We will do everything in Our Power to give you that Assistance.

“There is only One Power, One Intelligence, One Energy to act, and that is from the Presence of all Life, the “Mighty I AM.” And while all of you have an individualized Presence of God within you, yet the Great “I AM” of each one is one in Quality and Perfection. Therefore, We can justly say that the “I AM” of all of you is One, while still individualized. You are one, all of you, insofar as your Energy, your Life, your Intelligence, and the Substance which you use is concerned. It is but the One individualized and acting for you according to your qualification of It. Therefore today let us feel that!
Do you wonder why We are urging and urging and urging you on? Because you are so near the Goal. You are so near the complete Victory wherein you will have the full feeling of your Commanding Presence of Light to govern everything in your world, and hold your own feeling so harmonious that no person, place, or condition in the World can have the slightest effect in irritating or disturbing you.
Remember you do not yet, Precious People, have the full meaning of the last chapter of The Magic Presence. The Messenger has reminded you many times to read it, but still you have not the fullness of what is there. I give you just this much—these same Words are there: When the Great Divine Director said to Us, “We give you bodies such as the outer world has never known,” that was to hold the connection in the human octave for the Service that was to be rendered. You will get it, don’t be discouraged; but that last chapter holds a Secret, Beloved Ones, that once you feel—don’t jump at conclusions, but just feel It, within you individually. It is quite possible that at a certain point of attainment and Expansion of your Light, He may suddenly reveal It to you in so many words, as far as those Words can explain. The Light on Earth has been steadily increasing as it had to in preparation for the coming change of orbit but the vibratory rate at which we need you to vibrate at is still lower than we would like at this time. There is much to do, and very little time to do it in, to raise the vibratory rate of this dear Planet. I, along with My beloved Lady Vesta, would have liked to have been able to complete the final Inbreath at this year’s Summer Conference and to this end we have watched and waited to see whether this could be accomplished in safety. Day by day we have checked the situation and measured the output of Light, as a weatherman checks his gauges. It has been agonizingly slow and at this time the difference between where your Planet is now, and where you have to be prior to the move, is too great a gap for us to fill. If we did, the chaos that would be caused would jeopardize much that we have worked for. The "weeping and wailing" would be heard throughout the entire Solar System, and humanity’s suffering, caused by the incredible intensity of the Light, would be greater than they could bear.
You see, just as you apply Light (in the form of heat) to a pot on a stove, so too will you find that a residue or scum will form on the top as any impurities within the pot’s contents rise to the surface to be skimmed off. This is what is happening now. We have had to apply as much pressure of the Light as we dare, because the Earth is still in need of much cleansing and the greater the pressure.... the greater the amount of human creation that come to the fore requiring immediate transmutation.
You, of Earth, made it that way and you are the ones responsible for cleaning it up - NOT US! And, what is more, as chelas of this great Spiritual Activity you alone know how to do it - THROUGH THE VIOLET FIRE - so get on with it and DO IT! The more you transmute - DAILY - the more Light we can impinge into the Earth’s Mantle and thus the sooner you can move into the Orbit of Uranus.
The two Inbreaths to be engineered on July 11th, will be combined with other Activities. The Inbreaths will be two small ones, rather than one larger one, even though the second will be the biggest yet. We are drawing you ever closer to our Hearts, and much as we would like to really pull you in to where you should be by now, we have to restrain even our enthusiasm. You are very close to the final move, but more Light is needed before we can take the last Breath. There is no special number of Breaths that have to be taken.
We gauge each move according to the readiness of all, because with an Inbreath we are affecting not only your Planet but six others as well!

It is no imaginary thing, but a Mighty Substance and Intelligence that is being released into the surface of the Earth, in which everyone is being enfolded. And remember, everyone absorbs some of It; but you who are calling so earnestly to your own “Mighty I AM Presence” and to Us, think how much more tremendous you become as a mighty attracting focus to draw this great Outpouring of the Cosmic Light around you, into your body, to help in the dissolving of the discord that has been generated through the centuries!
The Great Divine Director has rendered you a never-to-be-forgotten Service in this Class. I may not say more than that, and shall leave it to Him to say more if He wishes; but every opportunity is watched by Them most carefully, not only collectively but individually, that every possible Assistance be given, so that They may release more Light from within Themselves, within yourselves. For in that is substance, which They are able to amplify and give a greater release to those who have not yet come to know of this Great Light.
Just realize in every minutest part of your Application: “Now when I begin to make this Call, it is my ‘Mighty I AM Presence’ whose Intelligence, Energy, Light, and Power is acting; and that is the Energy, Intelligence, and Power by which I am able to make the Call. Therefore, it is my ‘Presence’—Its Mighty Intelligence and Energy—that is making this Call. Therefore, there is no opposition to It!”
Do you not see how practical, very practical, it is once you gain the full conviction that in every Call you utter to your “Presence,” it is the “Presence” acting; it is not the outer. Through the outer the Intelligence, Energy, and Power of the “Presence” is making the Call. The “Presence,” then, is making the Call and is also answering it. Do you not see how, then, all appearances of requirement contain the answer, because it is the Power of the “I AM Presence” making the Call, and the Power of your “Presence” answering it!”
