Pokemon Shield - Part 1 Welcome to Galar

And here we have something that I plan to do once a week for the foreseeable future. With a lot of changes in the policies of the console makers, Nintendo is looking much more appealing than they used to, and with so many of my friends having this, it seemed like something that may be worth the time investment. Just know that there are a ton of things I don't know or have become obsolete over time, so expect quite a few mistakes, especially early on. I may also have some pre-dispositions to the older Pokemon, so remember that too.

Anyway, this video covers the introduction of the game. In some ways, it seems quite a bit shorter than a normal Pokemon game, but they also have quite a bit of padding with the tournament that is playing out around us. Sadly, we do not get to tackle the first gym here, but we will try to make up for it over the next few videos where we get to face off against a few of the leaders before having to sit through more story segments.
