Garlic Butter Mushroom Recipe

In today's video we are going to be making sauteed garlic butter mushrooms with herbs
Ingredients:

1 pound whole mushrooms, cleaned with a moist paper towel

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon avocado oil (or any preferred cooking oil)

3 cloves garlic, minced

Fresh thyme sprigs

1/2 cup chicken broth (adjust as needed)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Chopped parsley for garnish
