The pusses should NEVER be placed in collars ... THEY ARE A REAL 'EARNER' FOR VETS THOUGH!

Can you guess what your vet might say? Imagine them giving up the thousands they earn from TREATING INJURIES sustained to innocent pusses from collars their often best-intentioned owners place around their necks? They admit they treat THOUSANDS of such injuries. Of course who brings their DEAD cat to a VET? So of course they can report that 'deaths are rare, in their experience'. Sadly so many people treat their cats as PROPERTY, and are more worried about their cat being taken, than being injured or killed. Or they like to DECORATE their cat, like some sort of plush toy. A collar is hardly going to stop someone STEALING your cat. Cats are chipped and so easily identifiable to anyone who CARES who owns 'your' cat. The collar does NOT have your address and phone number on it. Cats can shrink their shoulders and even chest, to ESCAPE predators via very narrow escape routes. They climb trees. The are amazing, beautiful creatures we have the PRIVILEGE of sharing our lives with. Stop being so fucking SELFISH people, and do what is best for your CAT. You are its human. It depends on you. You claim YOU are the 'more intelligent' in the relationship. And you CLAIM to 'love' your pets. So act accordingly. Vets make MORE MONEY when you put a collar on your cat. But I guess you trust any 'medical professional, UNCONDITIONALLY'. And too bad that does not extend to your alleged love for your pet a-la 'UNCONDITIONAL LOVE'
