Sega CD Video was a series of CDs for the Sega CD system that contained videos of TV shows and cartoons. The Sega CD Video series uses Cinepak For Sega the same codec that was used for Sega CD games. Just like Game Boy Advance Video, Sega CD Videos has VCD-like controls, Rewind, Fast Forward, Chapter Skip, Reverse, Pause, and chapter menus through the D-pad and buttons. They were released from 1994 to early 1996.
