This is the first video about the specific terms from My Morality Framework.
Your personal standards determine what you will or won't accept, in regard to the quality of things in your life. This applies to daily living, self care, relationships, work, school, entertainment, etc.
A lot of self-improvement and life-improvement can be gained by understanding your personal/interpersonal standards, and recognizing when it would be beneficial to raise or lower them. I'm all about balance - so I think it's often best to have them in a moderate zone, with some flexibility between strong boundaries (bottom/minimum standards) and high aspirations (top/ideal standards).
