Working out at 30% just for maintenance. Nothing like the 3.5 hrs chest workouts at the gym.

Core is 90% diet, and my diet is not the best. But, with no hgh, trt, roids and all the other shit people are taking to shorten their life I'm happy.

Slowly slowly the waist is shrinking and the skin is tightening without wrinkles. The key is SLOW shrinkage.
