Scout is an 11 year old border collie who has given up life in the fast lane. She now manages a 40 acre homestead where she is in charge of livestock operations, gardening, and security. Our goal is to operate a sustainable homestead where we produce our own organically grown meat and vegetables. We respect our land and our animals. Hopefully others can learn from our successes and failures. We will have a good time along the way!
