The H beam is welded by an automatic submerged arc welding machine. Hot rolled H beam of standard sizes can be buld produced in the mill plant and quality is stable. As to the production of non-standard H beam especially heavy duty building beam, the most important process is welding. Stable high quality can be strictly controlled by the producing line including fitting, welding and straightening in our industiral park.

The 2nd process of steel structure fabricating: cutting and fitting. flame&plasma cutting can quick cut thick plate, if more precision needed, laser cutting equipment will work.
