IFAK Off your Battle Belt: 4 Easy Ways To Make It Happen
In an effort to get my individual first aid kit off my battle belt for weight and bulk reasons, I began exploring 4 IFAK options that work without mounting.
For a long time I carried my first aid kit on my battle belt in the small of the back position. And although the kit I was using was very low profile and lightweight, it still created issues. If I needed to get into a vehicle or sit in a chair it was a pain. And, the weight of the kit on my belt, I was constantly fighting gravity to keep my pants from falling down. Thankfully there are a lot of on body IFAK options that allow you to have medical equipment on you without the need for a backpack, chest rig, plate carrier or war belt.
🩹Most of the kits shown in this video are made by Refuge Medical. A made in the USA brand that puts together extremely high quality first aid kits. Use this link to check them out and your purchase will also go to help their charity which helps children in dire need: https://shorturl.at/exCFK
