The Bible tells us that when the AntiChrist appears, the whole world will be given over to a strong delusion, a lie, because they loved not the truth.
2 Thessalonians 2:8-12 KJV — And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming: Even him, whose coming is after the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders, And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
I believe the strong delusion will involve Aliens and a first contact scenario, yet I believe the Aliens are not from another planet but from the spiritual realm and they are in fact demonic hybrid entities and fallen angels. They may even lie and say Jesus was an Alien, and that the aliens created us and are coming back to help us now usher in the New World. But it is a lie from the Devil. Yet, God will allow this to happen because people would not listen to the preachers and watchmen and prophets who proclaim the truth.
Isaiah 66:4 KJV — I also will choose their delusions, and will bring their fears upon them; because when I called, none did answer; when I spake, they did not hear: but they did evil before mine eyes, and chose that in which I delighted not.
The concept of Extra-Terrestrials coming to earth has only been popularized since the early 1900s and I believe that is because Satan knew we were approaching the final generation who would see the rapture and the appearance of Satan and his fallen angels once they are cast out of Heaven and down to the earth (see Revelation 12). Satan saw God bringing Israel back into the land for the final week of Daniel Chapter 9, and he knew he had to come up with a deception for the end times. What better way to cover up the rapture then to say the aliens beamed up the Christians to a space ship.
I also believe that these grey Alien hybrid demons will go to the kings of the earth and gather them together for the Battle of Armageddon as we read here:
Revelation 16:13-14 KJV — And I saw three unclean spirits like frogs come out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet. For they are the spirits of devils, working miracles, which go forth unto the kings of the earth and of the whole world, to gather them to the battle of that great day of God Almighty.
I believe the Kings of the earth will gather together with Satan and his fallen angels, along with the grey alien hybrids in order to make war with Christ at His return and we read about that in Joel 3, Zechariah 14, Revelation 19-20. Yet, Christ wins in the end and His Kingdom will rule in Zion and it will be an Everlasting Kingdom (Daniel 7).
