The Strategic Petroleum Reserve is supposed to be IS military oil in the event a war breaks out. Past presidents have released oil from the SPR to stave off shortages and control prices, but Biden has gone way too far. The SPR is now at a 40-year low.
The administration just gave up on its oil reserve plans.
