Yea, I went there. And yea, I found 10 prepping items for bartering in SHTF. And now, I hope you can add more items to the list that all cost a dollar!

Bartering may be a very active concept in a post SHTF environment. But stocking up barter items doesn't have to be expensive. There are a lot of $1.00 prepping items at the Dollar General or similar stores that would have a lot of trade value in that kind of scenario.
