• Swedish Mopedersen is based in the landscape Smaland in south Sweden
also growing up in that area ! in a society called Anneberg.
• Among the first times he started writing music for the band was around 1990 to a band called “Obscene” and then it just rolled on with lyrics and songs to “Mopedersen” Demo which was released in 1994. We played at local gigs around Nassjo municipality with the band Obscene
a few years before the band was closed down unfortunately.
Then he started making music for the next project Mopedersen which he have done several songs from time to time and posted on Soundcloud, Youtube, instagram and so on.
• The reason why he started writing music was that he had only started playing bass first since electric guitar and was inspired by known as unknown bands he listen to. Of course it was new and fun and a purchase of a porta studio 4 channel made things better.
• The genre this band plays is metal for the current sense, like progressive metal, trash metal. speed metal and blast beats
• The sound of the music is a bit of every 80-90s guitar tone to newer modern metal guitar tones. Song voices vary in the tracks and have plans to sing songs with me.
The drums are rough grooves heavy kicks and some bleeding cymbals.
He experiment with the sound to find what he hear in his head and to make everything better and heavier.
• Editions Mopedersen made and makes are Demos and digital EP / CD and individual song releases.
• Previously we played at a local festival with SATOR from Sweden as the main band and it was the best gig so far.
Of course, want to take this seriously again and pocket it and play and tour diligently as much as possible.
• Right now he / we are recording a couple of new songs to be written lyrics to, mixed well and mastered correctly. Then they should be released on digital platforms.
