In this teaching, Reverend Catania teaches us that true Christianity is supernatural and it was always meant to be that way. Senses faith is a counterfeit and is taught in most Christian seminaries. Christianity without power, without signs miracles and wonders is at best just religion. It falls short of the victory Jesus Christ bestowed upon the church. Unless we understand and function in the spiritual realm, we will never live the more abundant life that God intended for us. Everyone can operate these abilities, although some believers have long suits. We are equipped to defeat every evil the devil throws against us. Superficial Christianity does not and cannot provide this.

In 1116, A Lesson in Humility Part 2, Reverend Catania shows how a military leader such as Naaman in 2 Kings 5 would need to be delivered from pride in addition to leprosy. We looked at the centurion in Matthew who was also a very powerful military leader, but was humble. When Naaman was delivered we see a total change of attitude and heart. We also see how the greed of Gehazi, the prophet's servant, led to his downfall.

In 1114 A Lesson in Humility Part One, Reverend Catania disects the record in 2 Kings 10 concerning the healing of Naaman the Syrian. We see that the pride that drove Naaman to the top of his military career was his stumbling block in receiving deliverance from God. If we are to receive anything from God, we do not approach him or his minister with our preconceived ideas or arrogance. We allow God to do things the way that God wants to do them. Many people would rather remain needing their needs met if it means having to humble themselves.

In 1115 Lead About a Sister, Reverend Catania thoroughly examines 1 Corinthians 9:5. Does this verse allow debauchery in the church as some allege? What does lead about a sister mean?

In 1110 Holy Women Trust God, Rev. Catania shares that like it or not, a wife's duty is to obey, to submit to (hupotasso) her husband. What does that entail? Why does it really bless a wife to function in this manner? God knows how to make a family function and make a woman truly happy. We want to obey God, and not go along with our culture. This is a wife's privilege and stand.

In 1112 The End Times, Rev. Catania reminds us that technically, we have been in the End Times since the time of the Book of Acts. Nonetheless, people are constantly guessing when the Day of the Lord will come. We can see from the scripture that God is not revealing that secret. It will come on mankind like a thief in the night with the events from the book of Revelation. The born again believers are not going to be experiencing the day of wrath. We will have already been gathered and will be with the Lord. Moreover, we are to comfort one another with those words.

In 1111 Free Indeed, Rev. Catania reminds us that Christ has made us free. This includes being free from anyone or anything that controls you. You control yourself and you alone are responsible for your actions. The son has made us free and we are free indeed. We're encouraged to stand fast in that liberty, that Christ has made us free. Don't be entangled again with that yoke of bondage. You're in charge of your life. You are repsonsible for your life and your actions. Man's tendancy is to return to bondage. He feels it's safer and he doesn't have to think things through. Adam blamed Eve for his actions and Eve blamed the snake. We do the same when we blame others for our lives. If you don't like your life, change it. Do the Word. Nobody is in control of your life unless you relinquish your rights. Christ bled and died to give you that right. We should have rule over our spirit, and when we don't we are like a city with broken down walls. The way you rule your spirit is to become a disciple of Jesus Christ. We don't move the ancient landmarks that the fathers have set. We should know our boundaries and defend them when they are in danger of being breached. We choose God's way. It takes work and faithfulness.

In 1110 The Balanced Walk, Rev. Catania reminds us that we are to seek first the Kingdom of God in everything to walk the balanced walk. Just as a car does not run well when its wheels are out of balance, a Christian's walk will suffer when he or she forgets to keep God first. The devil tries to keep us busy looking elsewhere to get our solutions to life's challenges. As we are faithful to walk in love and help our fellow believers, we give our father God the respect He deserves.

In 1109 Crown of Thorns, Carmen Tornambe shows us what humiliation Jesus endured and what it meant to wear that crown of thorns when he was mocked by the soldiers at his trial and crucifiction. Jesus Christ bore the humilitation of his mock trial, beating, and crucifiction because he was obedient to God. We have freedom in Christ today because Jesus obeyed God. It's important to keep the first thing first. Jesus was in submission to his father God, and hence his victory. Adam and Eve did not submit themselves to God, which caused the sin predicament we all endure.

In 1108 The Value of a Soul, Reverend Catania asks how valuable is your soul? We need to remember that how we treat somebody is proportional to the value we place on them. If your brother or sister in Christ is God's masterpiece, how should you be treating him or her? You were bought with a price. You cost God something. You belong to God. The way that you show that you belong to God is to walk in God's love. The way that you act should bring honor to God. In order to have God elevate us, we need to be humble. We must focus on the needs of others, not ourselves.

In 1104, God's Boundaries, Reverend Catania shows us that God set up boundaries to protect mankind and His Word. Adam first violated the limits God set for him and suffered the consequences. In like manner, people are now violating the clear boundaries established by God and are suffering the consequences. Christian churches ordain gay clergy and perform gay marriages in direct violation of God's Word. Not only this, but falsehood is being proclaimed about what scripture clearly says about the matter in Old Testament and in the New Testament. Not only is this being violated on social media, but it is being violated in government.

In 1107 Present Evil Age, Reverend Catania shows us that the Greek word aion is often translated "world" when it should be translated "age." Living in this present evil age is like climbing or flying at a high altitude. Up in the ozone, you can die of hypoxia without suitable equipment. It's a natural environmentfor birds though. How do you not compromise your faith in an evil age like ours? You use your shield of faith and wear your spiritual armor when you are in that environment. You can go home to relax in your natural environment. If you have the proper equipment on, the elements of the world cannot attack you and do you harm. Don't let the adversary take you out.

In 1106 Meditation of the Heart, Carmen expounds on Psalm 1. To get the blessings of verse 3, we need to perform verse 2 and meditate on God's Word. Carmen shows us that the word "meditate" means to soliloquize. The fruit of our mouths is are the Words we speak, so we declare the Word on our lips. This verifies the power and presence of God and his gift of holy spirit within us.

Part A. The resurrection of Jesus Christ is perhaps the most important event for our salvation and is the foundation of the Christian faith. The resurrection was real. It was the physical raising of Jesus Christ from the dead. Retired Episcopal Bishop John Shelby Spong, among others, doesn't adhere to a literal view of the resurrection. This essential doctrine must be upheld.

It was the physical raising of Jesus Christ from the dead. Retired Episcopal Bishop John Shelby Spong, among others, doesn't adhere to a literal view of the resurrection. This essential doctrine must be upheld.

In 1103, Administations, Steve Kurcik shows us how the bible fits into eight administrations from Genesis to Revelation. We begin in the Original or Paradise administration.  When Adam and Eve succumb to Satan's temptation, the Patriarch administration begins with their progeny and terminates with Moses who ushers in the Law administration. Since Genesis 3:15 mankind had anticipated the promised seed. This promise was fulfilled by Jesus Christ who ushered in the approximately 30 year Christ administration. After Christ's crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension we see his followers start the Church or Grace administration on the the day of Pentecost. The devil would not have crucified Jesus had he known the mystery: that every believer subsequently would have Christ in them. This administration will abruptly end with the rapture when the dead and living believers meet Jesus in the air, are judged and put on immortality. We are forevermore with Jesus. This event begins the Appearing administration where the events of the book of Revelation begin to unfold. This period ends with the event where Satan is cast into the pit for a thousand years. The survivors of the Appearing administration and the resurrected righteous of Israel enjoy the administration of the Millenial Reign and the messiah. Satan is released and he assembles his army as he once again deceives men. This army is mightily vanquished at Armageddon, you have the lake of fire where the devil, his minions, and the unrighteous from the white throne judgment are cast. Finally there is the Glory administration. The new Jerusalem comes down from heaven and God wins.

In this video, Reverend Catania explains how God is Light and reveals how we should walk in light as believers and what that means.

In 1100, God's Way or Our Way, Reverend Catania explains our spiritual walk with God. Everybody comes from different backgrounds and everybody faces different challenges in life. We all work on renewing our minds to different things. Some of these things God instructs us to mortify; to blow out of our lives. This is for our own good because these things are obstacles to us. They are anchors that hold us back from God and stunt our spiritual growth. Spiritual things don't always make sense to our natural minds. We must decide if we want to be right or do we want to allow God to be right? Choose God's way over your way.

In 1098, Seek God's Will, Reverend Catania asks if we have taken time to seek the Lord and be interrupted by God? IF we don't, we are going rogue. The devil uses one of his great lies on people. He spins the situation and he convinces you that the problem you are experiencing is because of people. The mind is where everything starts. It determines all the actions that proceed from our hearts. Protect your heart because out of your heart springs life. Your mind is the base of the operations of your life. If you go with God, you will win. That is why you must control your thinking. This is why we are told by God to renew our minds.

In 1099, Two Sides of Righteousness, Reverend Catania delineates the two basic assets of righteousness. Righteousness is your ability to stand before God without any sense of sin, guilt, condemnation, or shame. There are two aspects of righteousness. One is the sonship right that is yours at the new birth. The other aspect is your renewed mind deliberate commitment to fellowship. You can be legally righteous but not live righteously. This is the second aspect of righteousness. A new believer learns how to walk in righteousness towards God and others. Walking in righteousness is walking in love and acting the way God would want you to act. It is walking in the steps of Jesus Christ.

In 1096 The Conflict Within, Reverend Catania shows us how we have a sin nature born in us direct from the factory. Every Christian has the internal conflict which is resolved when he chooses to walk by the spirit. The flesh or sin nature cannot be reformed or changed. It resides in each one of us because of the sin of Adam. Because of the second Adam, Jesus Christ, we have the resolution of our sin problem. Until the end when death is destroyed however, we have the ongoing struggle.

In 1097, Then Life Happens, Reverend Nick Catania shares with us about the way things often look to us. In the senses realm, sometimes it seems as if the unbelievers and God-rejecters have it made. They don't seem to be afflicted the way many believers are. Things just don't seem fair. Just because the devil may not attack his own does not mean that they will be okay in the end. We sometimes miss the big picture. Just because we get curve balls thrown at us from Satan, it doesn't mean we don't emerge victorious. We keep our eyes on God.

In 1095 Self Deception, Reverend Catania reminds us that many times in life we blame other people or situations for problems that we are the the cause of. You cannot solve spiritual problems with senses solutions. Many times you have to get to the root of a problem through prayer and consistent practice of spiritual principles. We should be more spiritually mature than we were when we first believed. We need to remember to keep Christ Lord in our lives.
