Here's a full-body yoga stretching routine that you can follow:

*Warm-Up (5 minutes)*

1. Leg Swings: Stand with your feet hip-width apart and swing one leg forward and backward, then switch to the other leg.
2. Arm Circles: Hold your arms straight out to the sides and make small circles with your hands.
3. Neck Stretch: Slowly tilt your head to the side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder, and then back to the starting position. Repeat on the other side.
4. Hip Openers: Stand with your feet together and take a large step to one side. Lower your body down into a lunge, keeping your back knee almost touching the ground. Push back up to standing and repeat on the other side.

*Upper Body (15 minutes)*

1. Shoulder Rolls: Roll your shoulders forward and backward in a circular motion. Repeat for several repetitions.
2. Chest Expansion: Stand in a doorway with your hands on the doorframe at shoulder height. Lean forward, stretching your chest and shoulders. Hold for 30 seconds.
3. Quad Stretch: Stand with one hand against a wall for balance and lift one arm straight out behind you, keeping your elbow straight. Hold for 30 seconds and then switch arms.
4. Side Stretch: Hold your arm straight out to the side and use your other hand to pull your hand toward your shoulder blade. Hold for 30 seconds and then switch arms.
5. Forward Fold: Stand with your feet hip-width apart and fold forward, reaching for your toes. Hold for 30 seconds.

*Lower Body (15 minutes)*
