Our Complete Water Harvesting System gets put to the test when nature delivers a beautiful thunderstorm with 40mm (1.75 Inches) of rain. We caught approx. 9500 Litres / 2500 Gallons in about 1 hour. All our tanks were topped up, and our swales were completely filled and infiltrated into the food forest within 30 minutes after the rain stopped.
