i was all in on this - i totally beleived the people were chipped..
after lots of testing i cant validate it - and have come to the conclusion that these Bluetooth numbers are coming from technology - specifically the phones - bluetooth mesh networks for contact tracing - has been operating without our knowledge or whether you turn bluetooth on or not.
