He was educated at Mount Scopus Memorial College, a J'ewish day school in Melbourne. He received his bachelor's degree in political science and history at the Uni of Melbourne, and master's degrees in political science from the Hebrew Uni of Jerusalem, and in management from Boston Uni.

In his youth, Freiberg was a prominent member of the Socialist Zion-ist youth movement Ichud Habonim and was active in the Melbourne Uni J'ewish Students Society. In 1982, he emigrated to Isra'el and worked at "kibbutz" Tel Katzir. In Israel, he Hebraicized his surname from Freiberg to Regev. He served as a combat soldier in the Nahal Brigade of the IDF. He joined Isra'el's Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1990, serving as deputy chief of mission at the Consulate General in Hong Kong, and spokesman at the Isra'eli Embassy in Beijing. Regev has received both prominence and criticism in international media when he has presented the Isra'eli position in interviews to English language TV and radio channels during the 2006 Lebanon War, 2008–09 Gaza War, 2012 Operation Pillar of Defense, 2014 Israel–Gaza conflict and Operation Brother's Keeper, and 2021 Operation Guardian of the Walls.

As ambassador, Regev was involved in "interfaith activities". He hosted an iftar dinner at his residence for members of Britain’s Muslim leadership. He is also the chair of the Abba Eban Institute for Diplomacy and Foreign Relations at Reichman University. Regev appeared on British radio station LBC on the 13th of January, 2024 to call genocide allegations against Israel "preposterous." In the same interview, he spoke about South Africa's genocide case against Israel at the International Court of Justice as "very sad, because they basically decided to become Hamas' lawyer.

In 1972, British script writer Henry Lincoln introduced the Mystery of Rennes-le-Château to the English speaking world through his documentary "The Lost Treasure of Jerusalem."

It immediately created a storm of publicity and eventually led to the production of a 2nd documentary "The Priest, the Painter and the Devil" in 1974 and the "Shadow of the Templars" in 1979.

This last documentary was already co-researched by Michael Baigent which later led to Henry, Michael and the late Richard Leigh writing the international bestseller Holy Blood Holy Grail. The script and presentation of Shadow of the Templars, were done by Henry Lincoln. It was produced by Roy Davies for the BBC Chronicle series.

A poor French village priest, Bérenger Sauniere (1852-1917) finds some ancient, coded parchments in his church, visits Paris, meets with ecclesiastical authorities and occult groups, and thereafter lives the life of a very wealthy man.

Madame Helena Petrovna Blavatsky was a clear favorite of Manly Hall's, as he had a deep respect for her work and realized its importance to the esoteric and metaphysical community.

Her "Isis Unveiled" and "Secret Doctrine" were both quoted extensively in Mr. Hall's magnum opus, "The Secret Teachings of All Ages".

In this lecture, given in Los Angeles on May 16, 1962, Hall sets the context for H.P. Blavatsky's life and describes how difficult it was for a Western woman to travel in the East, parts of which were nearly inaccessible to even men at the time. She spent time in Asia, India, the Holy Land and the Americas (including studying the First Americans in the Southwestern United States).

'The Secret Doctrine', along with Godfrey Higgins earlier 'Anacalypsis', were the most extensive works on comparative religion and philosophy that were printed in the 1800's. Hall took these books even further in 1928 with "The Secret Teachings of All Ages, as he also included over 50 color paintings and 200 diagrams and images along with the text.

This is quite interesting. Who knew that the history of the demise of feudalism and why and how it happened, was not well known? Nor is there even a clear consensus of what happened among historian's. The probable reason is: That they Did Not Want to Talk About It...

What is most likely is, that the British uppercrust were just as reluctant to document the transformation of the Serf Class into Skilled Workers, Artisan's and Merchants, as they were willing to let the Serf Class go in the first place.

The beginning of the Industrial Revolution happened in the time of the Protestant Reformation when the people were asserting their Rights and Demanding more Freedom.

The fact that the British Overlord's were not willing to let their Serfs have Freedom like the other European Nation's, and that hey had to Escape to attain Freedom, once again points to the British Aristocracy being MORE EVIL than the rest of Europe.

The abuse and exploitation of the workers in the Industrial Revolution that followed seems like:

"The Ruling Class having their vengeance and extending their rule over the peasantry for a longer amount of time."

The New Class of Workers was not only needed to manufacture these new goods, but they were needed as a Middle Class to BUY those goods as well.
