It's likely the entire ceiling was remodeled.
Looking at the property records and through satellite archives, we can see that
the place has confirmed to have been renovated once in 2012 and again in 2015.
The walls seen are partitions. Partitions are easily replaceable, movable, and destroyable.
The original partition that had the outlet is likely long gone.
