In this episode in our series on Julius Evola's "Revolt Against the Modern World", we cover Chapter 2: Regality. This chapter introduces the concept of kingship and explores ideas such as the divine right of kings and solar symbolism. We also discuss why Evola believed kingship was the ideal form of government (at least in the Golden Age- we must make exceptions in the Kali Yuga). In many ways, Evola's ideal king is exemplary of Absolute Man and this chapter may be useful for those who are thinking about what it means to be a man, but also what it means to be a leader.
Please like and share this video to help spread Tradition far and wide, for in the Golden Age, these perennial ideas were known by all and even taken for granted. It is only in the Dark Age that they fall into obscurity. Let us rebuild these ancient pathways, that we may find our way back to the light.

Lyrics to the ending song, "Return of the King":
Go within and find transcendence
Man is just a mortal god
Reveal your soul’s divine resplendence
Do not waver from this cause
Convene in prayer with dharmaraja
Lord of Justice, Lord of Peace
Upon the Earth may Logos reign
The Avatar to dance again
So now we summon the Golden Age
This darkness can’t survive the day
Evoke the rites, release the lightning
choirs of angels sing
for the return of the king
