made it in libreoffice so the formatting should work there well. But you can also open it in microsoft. I've also made PDF versions which can be opened in a bunch of programs and should maintain formatting. You'll see one is fit for filling out on the computer, and the other is for printing out.

There's another rule you might want to set up for yourself. Are you finding yourself constantly absorbed and obsessing about an impending pandemic to the point where it's limiting your ability to perform your responsibility to your family? This happens to some people! It's only natural for you to try and keep your eyes on danger you suspect coming. But if it becomes too much and starts to harm yourself or your family, then set a daily limit. Maybe you only spend 30-60 minutes every two days looking at news articles and information about the upcoming pandemic, and focus on information that allows you to update your understanding of the virus in the Home Pandemic Threat Assessment document. That will mean you will be keeping up on the most critical elements you need to know about for any important family decisions, without spending lots of extra time reviewing the same things over and over and over.
