A collaboration between Harold Budd and Andy Partridge, founder of the band XTC and the Ape House record label. It is a concept album based on an Aztec archaeological theme and includes poetry written by Andy Partridge.

Despite the elaborate nature of the concept, it is musically very simple and would not have been considered to have been breaking new ground when it was released.
