Testimony Before the Illinois House Judiciary Committee on Vaccine Injury and Vaccine-Maker Immunity

Watch Harvard-trained legal scholar and author of numerous books and articles on vaccines, Mary Holland, JD, along with founder of Protect Parents' Rights James F. Holderman III, graduate of Northwestern University's School of Journalism, Illinois Representative David Welter (R), and a mother of a vaccine-injured child give their testimonies at the Illinois Capitol in Springfield on March 4, 2020, in support of HR0762.

HR0762 urges the Congress of the United States to pass, and the President to sign, legislation removing 42 U.S.C. 300aa-22(b)(1) from law and allowing design defect claims against vaccine manufacturers by individuals who have experienced adverse side effects caused by vaccines.

The Resolution passed the Civil Procedure Subcommittee (2-1) and the Judiciary Civil Committee (8-3) and is now placed on the House Calendar Order of Resolutions where it will go to the House floor for a vote.
