👩‍🦰 Are you in? I will be using this month to get more consistent on giving my hair the daily TLC it needs. Dry finger detangling, applying oils and butters to my ends (because, Canadian winter, ahem) and taking care of myself. I will also be using this time to get back into regular use of Ayurvedic herbs, because I have a few more split ends than I would like and I am going to use a DIY Ayurvedic hair strengthening spritz on my ends to heal and prevent this. I just made this with two herbs I happened to have on hand - amla and aloe vera powder. I didn't follow a recipe but it was approximately 2 tsp amla, 1 tsp aloe vera, and 2 cups water. I poured this through a paper towel to filter out the sediment and put into a spray bottle. 💕
