If you have received the wrong product as a return, you can claim the dispute within 7 days of return delivery. Please raise a ticket attaching images of the reverse waybill, packet id, returned product, along with unpacking video. Packet ID has to be mandatorily entered (wherever available) while raising claims and clearly shown in the unboxing video.

Video guidelines (To be strictly followed for correct claims resolution):

1. All the sides of the package should be clearly visible in the video
2. Label must be visible in the video showing the AWB Number and Order ID.
3. Packet ID must be clearly displayed in the video.(only for barcoded shipments).
4. The packaging has to be opened and product clearly shown in the video.
5. The video has to be recorded in one stretch without edit or pause.
