“People don’t care about living holy anymore, they would rather listen to songs about being unholy.
Are we going to call out to God in this darkest hour? You know it’s a dark hour don’t you? Who are we going to turn to? Nobody turns to God anymore. You know in the Second World War the churches were full, they’re empty now. Churches used to be full when there was trouble. Not any more. During the recent so-called crisis the churches were shut. They weren’t considered to be essential, but places of prostitution were considered essential in some nations.
It’s time for us to repent friends. We’re not getting any younger. I’m getting older. I don’t know when I’m going to die. Matthew Perry of Friends, he just died didn’t he, in his jacuzzi, had a heart attack and died. We don’t know when we’re going to die. He was my age…are we going to wake up and realise we could die at any moment? Or don’t we care?
People think they’re free thinkers, but they’re not, that’s why most people are against God because the media is against God…
I’ve got a friend who said, “I’m going to turn to God on my deathbed.” But that’s a bit of a gamble isn’t it! What if he’s hit by a bus? He won’t have time. Matthew Perry, he was my age, he’s gone now…where are we going to spend eternity?”
