Elizabeth City NC , Hurricane Dorian Aftermath (2019)

This was recorded a day after the outskirts of hurricane Dorian swept through Elizabeth City NC .

Only recorded 2 days after leaving my vacation from Outer Banks Corolla NC because of a mandatory evacuation due to hurricane Dorian.
On the day of mandatory evacuation from Outer Banks Corolla , hurricane Dorian was just off the coast of Florida and making it's way up.

So after leaving Outer Banks Corolla NC , from there I spent half of my vacation in my hometown in Elizabeth City NC .

In this video I'm back in my hometown Elizabeth City NC one neighborhood over from my neighborhood just walking around and site seeing some damages and floods because I was bored and the power was out . So me and my long time friend John Lynch since 1994 , we had nothing better to do and we figured we needed the exercise anyways so then I decided to pop out my phone and start recording despite what little power was left on my phone only having 38% left .
