Adding lumber to create a substrate for applying trim.

Upon completion it is just like new. Nobody will ever know it was damaged.

Remedial measures to tidy up sloppiness.

Cleaned up all the parts, time to put it back together.

Barking at the moon.

A little tidy on a poorly refinished surface.

Just hoping this works.

Finding a use for some nice stuff that was headed for the skip.

Silent movie. By the way, I thought 2 coats was enough for this drawer front but it just ain't right. Got to do another coat.

As usual, this window project is 3x what was originally thought. Oh well, gotta see it through.

Attempting and failing to read old newspaper. Worth noting, the house was built in 1917 and yet the newspaper is dated 1932. I am guessing this was an early attempt at insulation.
