We're delighted to commemorate twototenth's birthday today by solving one of their puzzles! It's called BETWEEEEEEEEN (yes, that has 9 Es) and it's a clever mash-up of Between-Lines and Quadruples. An ideal sudoku - not monstrously difficult but with several impressive logical breakthroughs to discover!

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply. Grey lines are "between lines"; the digits along the line must have values between the digits in the grey circles at the line's ends. Digits in a black circle must appear at least once within the four cells touching the circle.
