This is a short introduction of my first YouTube video. This is rather a trailer then a detailed video showing the things which I will focus in the future. After a short introduction, the moon is shown through a telescope. I regularly do recordings in particular of the moon and planets. By chance, I could see interesting objects during my observations. Two examples are shown here. Birds! I have some more recordings, which I need to evaluate. Sometimes, I saw a lot of things within some minutes. I guess space debris may be a serious problem in the future. Then, an amazing view of the rising earth from the moon is shown. The first moon landing was 51 years ago! The last moon landing was 1972 (Apollo 17). Until now, there was no moon landing. As next, a view of our planet shows the border between day and night on the earth surface. About 50 years after moon landing, there are increasing climate and environmental problems due to changes caused by humans. Climate change is another topic, which I will focus in another video. Irrespective of that, the next scene shows the earth wearing a huge mask symbolizing that there more or less persistent viruses active worldwide since many people are travelling and there is a high density of people especially in big cities. Incidentally, there are 10 to the power of plus 33 viruses existing on earth (Karin Mölling, German virologist). That means that are more viruses than stars in the universe. Humans are living together with viruses for millions of years. Viruses can only be observed using an electron microscopes. An example of a so-called spike virus is visible in the next scene. After that, a part of a DNA molecule is shown, which is the largest molecule in every cell of our body. Roughly speaking, a cell has 10 µm size and the nucleus contains the DNA. If unpacked, it has a length of about 2 meters! Currently, researches try to develop genetic vaccines against certain viruses. These vaccines are able to cross the cell membrane and interact simultaneously with the human genome respectively (e.g. DNA/RNA vaccines). The second part of my presentation shows recently published data regarding covid-19. What I want to highlight ist the shape of the traces or bars of different countries. Fortunately, there more or less recoveries visible, but there are also countries still having a threating development (e.g. Russia, Brazil, India). At the end of this sequence, there are some diagrams showing the development specifically in Germany. The data are provided by the Robert Koch Institute in Berlin. The last part of this video shows pooled numbers of death by age group. Obviously, older people are more concerned because of a weak immune system in age or different initial or previous illness. So called z-scores by counties are shown in the last part of this video. Which are described here:

When time allows, there are new videos about music and science but also other topics in connection with nature science and medical aspects. My goal is to contribute with my part that people are better informed about specific topics in music and science. The focus is music (e.g. violins), physics (e.g. climate, astronomy) and biology (e.g. viruses, human eye), but also sports. If you are interested in these topics and you would like to follow my slogan, than you should subscribe my channel.
