This is about the recent separation of the newly formed City of (Parrish?) St. George from Baton Rouge Louisiana after a lengthy court battle. They are supposedly "wealthy". I would imagine this is one way to stay that way. I am pretty sure it was break away or leave.

The original title to this story was "Black Leaders PANIC After Whites Leave City"...I am sure the black leaders are panicking. There goes the free lunch.
