Delving back into Battletech, but this time with Battletech Advanced 3062 as our mod pack. We're roleplaying this scenario as indentured servants of a pirate faction in periphery space.
After losing our money due to some bad gambling choices, we sign a 5 year contract with a pirate leader. The conditions of this contract require us to complete 20 successful contracts for their faction in 5 years, and we can't work for any house during that period. We can only take full salvage, so margins are going to be tight as we struggle to pay the bills every month and jump around to find contracts. While we lay low, we can't buy anything from the stores for the first year, but I doubt we'll have the money for it anyways. Credit to residentweavil for this idea.
