Once upon a time, Sam Harris made a wild claim that if people would just realize that free will doesn’t exist that the justice system would be able to stop itself punishing for the sake of vengeance. Such a claim, in my view, is not backed by the science that he presented. Even more troubling, Sam seeks fundamental changes in our institutions that already address the concerns he raises. To me, it appears that he is so busy looking at his own idead, that he fails to see what is really going on in the world. That makes him a danger to himself and those that would blindly join him.

ReasonTV seems to think if you aren't a libertarian, then you are a member of the Alt-Right. Amazingly they seem to think that the Founding Fathers were neither Nationalists nor supported tariffs even though they formed a nation-state and passed tariffs the year the Constitution was ratified.
