About me — what I share

As a feminine introvert and empath, a lot of what I share here echoes that energy. I honour and share from that lens here to support others who thrive most in that energy and need to feel supported in that, and still, I hope that those thriving in different energy find this an invitation and example of what it means to simply love, embrace and accept ourselves, exactly as we are.

I hope to have that be a reminder, not of differences, but of the beauty of diversity across the human experience. I invite you to, always, embrace what resonates, release in peace what does not, in honour of your (and our) individual sovereignty.
