I started studying Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and in this video I relate it to Abraham's teachings, and talk about de-programming our own mind (being born again) and seeing things through God's perspective. In this video I have many other past videos that I mention or that are related, so check out those videos below for more information.

When I say that "bad" things are actually "very good" I am not saying the initial events are not bad (as in we shouldn't do what we consider bad to others), but what I am saying is that God can help us transmute those past negative situations into something way better for our future. Any abuse helps make someone stronger when they allow themselves to be transformed, as I did. If we continue to see ourselves as victims we victimize ourselves because the law of attraction will keep showing us situations in which we're victims. We all have the capability to see ourselves as victors and no longer see ourselves as victims. That's up to us and no one else. When we take responsibility for our thought patterns and start changing the way we think about our past, we become truly free to be who we want to be.
