Canada Still Doesn't Track People Leaving By Air (Other Than U.S.)

The Canadian Government still doesn't track people leaving the country, except those going to the United States. A huge problem, as we don't have a clue who's in the country, and how long they have been there for. Nor do we have any idea how many people are here. Supposed to be fully implemented this Summer (2020), but who knows?
