Vermont Daily Chronicle publisher, editor and reporter (owner) joins me to talk journalism standards and many other standards currently in place here in Vermont, and the agendas behind them, who benefits, and who is funding it.
It is all connected, and all serves the same agenda, and we talk about that in situ, as Guy sits beneath the Golden Dome in Montpelier, and names names of who is complying, furthering agendas that many Vermonters are finding increasingly objectionable and difficult to live with.
A frank but easy conversation, with some humor thrown in, this needed to be aired, and Guy brings a unique perspective of over 40 years in journalism, to my 13 years, and together we parse what really needs to be fixed, from what is a 'fix' to problems that don't exist in Vermont, except in the eyes of the writers of the main stream narratives, with the 'excuse' its necessary under 'climate change'. Which we touch on but do not discuss - i.e. whether or not that is even a real thing as it is presented. For another time.
