BitChute Video Timecode Support and Blocking Improvement

I've completed an update for BitChute that adds support for video timecodes in the video description and comments, where this just requires one final thorough test on BitChute's "staging" platform before it can "go live"!

This update also improves the comment blocking feature, where if you are blocked from commenting on a channel, on loading a video, this is immediately reflected in the page status, prior to the comments being loaded, where the commenting field and voting buttons are disabled, so you don't waste time writing a lengthy comment, only to find you've been blocked.
