I loved it. From the same author as Akame ga this is chained solider also known as Mato Seihei no S (Japanese: 魔都精兵のスレイブ)

WOW this is easily my favorite anime so far this year, this episode was great. Interesting world building, good animation and good use of CGI.
and then a super cool looking tag team of her riding around on a werewolf lol
this was EPIC

definitely so far the anime of the year. This episode had everything. Only thing I am worried about is perhaps the lack of a general main plot line or like a major antagonist but that is hopefully introduced in a few episodes from now.
