This is a test to see if there is a difference between Greek yoghurt marinade and only seasoned chicken drumsticks, using Sous Vide method and deep frying in oil.
Ingredients:
12 chicken drumsticks
Seasoning of your liking, I used Kinder's Buttery Steakhouse Rub
1/2 cup Greek yoghurt
1 1/12 cups flour, seasoned with Kinder's Buttery Steakhouse Rub
3 eggs
Oil for deep frying
158 F Sous Vide water for 3 hours
