This is a stir-frying sauce that can be used on meat, vegetables or rice.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup fish sauce
3 oz soy sauce
18 oz, 1 bottle of oyster sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper, grounded
Mix all ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce to simmer for about 5 min. Cool completely, put in a mason jar and keep in fridge. Use about 1/4 - 1/2 cup on stir-fried rice.
