Egg Bites #breakfast #eggbites

This easy delicious egg bites breakfast recipe is a must to your breakfast recipe rotation you will love. It freezes well and you can grab out of the freezer, microwave for a couple of minutes and they're ready to go.
Ingredients:
6 eggs
1/2 cup cooked ground sausage / 113 g
1/2 cup ham, diced, I used leftover Spam / 113 g
1 cup cheddar cheese, or any cheese / 227 g
1/2 tsp onion powder / 6 g
1/2 tsp ground black pepper / 6 g
salt and pepper

- Preheat oven to 400F (205C)
- Beat eggs in a bowl.
- Add the ham, sausage, half the cheese, spices, and whisk together.
- Line a muffin pan or silicon muffin cups and spray with avocado oil.
- Pour about 1/2 cup of the egg mixture into muffin cups, not to fill all the way to the top.
- Top with remaining cheese
- Bake in the oven for about 15-18 minutes, or until light golden.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes, serve.
